Refund & Exchange

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your return item must be in a condition acceptable for resale. That includes, but is not limited to the following:

  • The item is in new condition; that is the same condition you received them in
  • Item must be unworn & unwashed (no distinct odours, blemishes, signs of wear etc.) - if the returns item fails this test, they will be returned back to you
  • Items covered in animal/human hair will not be accepted
  • The packaging and relevant tags must be intact



You can request for an exchange if you received items that are faulty, wrong size and/or wrong colour. Please note that exchange items must also meet the return conditions listed above.

If you've asked for an item which is more expensive than your return, the item will be refunded and you'll need to place a new order online.

Any items bought in conjunction with a offer (e.g. 2 t-shirts for $XX) can only be returned to exchange for a like-for-like item, unless all items included in the offer are returned.

If the item you have requested in exchange is unavailable, a refund will be processed 



You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

All exchanges are sent out on a standard service

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

NOTE: Shipping costs are non-refundable. The refund amount will be the cost of the items that you've paid for.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at
